Flash In The Can (Monday)
Today's events I checked out:
**What's new in Flash CS3: Justin Everett Church (Simply put, I need to get my hands on the new App soon; there are so many amazing new things that are going to make my life a lot easier)
**New Animation Workflows in Flash CS3: Robert Penner (Ok, so we all know this guy is the one behind all the easing equations in Flash. Presentation was good, just got a bit mellow near the end. He talked about new features; I am most interested in using the new XML code based animation stuff. I think that's going to make the Designer/Developer hand off a lot easier; like with the ease of a few clicks. Anyone else already messing with this stuff?)
**The Photoshop CS3 Tour: John Nack (Another app that I need to purchase soon. So many great new features that are going to make life on the web a lot easier)
**Time Shifting Entertainment: Kenny Bunch (Most of the Cartoon Network people sat up front to make sure Kenny was nervous. You did a great job man; well spoken and confident about what you were talking about. There were a lot of good points about user based content and the future opportunities us designers have to capture our audience and deliver media in a whole new way. I taped some of his session; I might throw that online later Anyone want to hear it?)
Dinner time. W00t!
